Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • It should be free from signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Send us a message using our site’s contact form (https://www.scratchspots.com/contact) with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send the item.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  4. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for another, follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, we’ll help you place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, and we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
